1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at poppetlystashpnt.com, provisioning an enterprise account, uploading spreadsheets, or interacting with our API interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and platform.

2. Permitted Commercial Use & User Obligations

Poppetlystashpnt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the observatory services solely for internal business intelligence, analytical synthesis, and executive reporting.

As a condition of platform access, you explicitly covenant that you shall not:

• Upload datasets containing malware, Trojan payloads, ransomware, or corrupted binaries intended to disrupt cloud infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the underlying source code of the algorithmic parser or query compilers.
• Deploy automated scrapers, spiders, or crawling robots to extract interface components, design models, or proprietary UI tokens.
• Upload files containing unauthorized third-party personal data, unlawful material, or intellectual property in breach of non-disclosure covenants.
• Circumvent or attempt to subvert rate-limiting controls, row-level security guardrails, or cloud perimeter firewalls.

3. Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to the Poppetlystashpnt platform—including but not limited to the user interface design, the "Data Observatory" visual aesthetic, 3D KPI visualizers, parser heuristic algorithms, CSS stylesheets, trademarks, and documentation—are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Poppetlystashpnt Technologies Ltd.

Client Data Ownership: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership of all raw spreadsheets, CSV files, proprietary business metrics, and data artifacts uploaded to our services. Poppetlystashpnt claims no ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over your uploaded business materials.

4. Disclaimers of Warranties

The services, documentation, and visual outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Poppetlystashpnt Technologies Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular business purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

While our algorithmic parsing and anomaly detection systems are designed for high precision, Poppetlystashpnt does not guarantee that calculations, forecasts, trend lines, or natural language query summaries are completely free from calculation variance or interpretation anomalies. Critical financial, tax, and fiduciary business decisions should always be verified by certified financial professionals.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Poppetlystashpnt Technologies Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, or enterprise contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of business revenue, lost profits, disruption of operational continuity, or loss of proprietary data) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages.

In all instances, the total aggregate liability of Poppetlystashpnt Technologies Ltd for any and all claims under these terms shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you to Poppetlystashpnt during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

6. Suspension and Termination

Poppetlystashpnt reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the platform, with or without prior notice, in the event of a material breach of these Terms of Service, abusive API consumption, failure to settle subscription dues, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, their subject matter, and formation shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in London, United Kingdom.
